Cosol Tours in St. Lucia.  Have done the tour 3 times and loved it each time.  On their tour you get to try local food, swim in a waterfall, take a mud bath.  And the bread and cheese they give to enjoy on your way back to the port is sooo good....nice and hot the cheese starts to melt on the bread.

We learned of Serenity Tours, in St. Lucia here on CC a few years ago:

They have been amazing.  They offer regular "tours", but each time we went with them, we asked to have a customized tour.  The fact that we kept using them speaks for itself.

The most recent time (a bit ago, given the Covid delay to our travels) was when we hired a huge catamaran for a day outing during a cruise stop.   We had a few others from our cruise Roll Call join us.

What is especially nice is they *really* listened to what we wanted to do.  The first time, we had more of a general overview tour, but they also customized that.  The next two times, they worked with us to include other sights and activities that we had heard about since.

They even arranged perfect weather 😉

We look forward to yet another visit...

We've enjoyed this tour also.  Ours also included time snorkeling and a boat ride back to the port.  Your have a choice to do the mud bath or not.  The snorkeling is decent, but the beach area they are allowed to use isn't so great--limited chairs, mostly.
