How about the Rodney Bay area for a multitude of activities, plus a bit of beach time? Recommended?

Taxi about $35 plus tip each way……takes about 30/40 minutes traffic dependent.

Plenty of Bars/Restaurants…… Consider Spinnakers if dining.

Rodney will be busy…Beds/Umbrella about $25/30 per set

Reduit Beach in Rodney Bay will be busy, jam packages in much of it. Definitely not a quiet or peaceful beach, and no natural shade, except one or two trees in the north end in front of Nay Gardens Beach Resort or at the far south end around Marie's Fish Shack. Otherwise, typical crowded beach.  Shoos are inland around the two malls. There's Spinnakers, Seagrapes, Yacht Club, Marie's Fish Shack and Liz the roti lady for food beach side.. otherwise, it's all inland off the beach..

Returned week ago Sunday from Naked Fisherman... EXCELLANT beach bar. To get  to restaurant  there are alotta stairs Down and then Back Up! Those w/ mobility issues this is not your place!

Beautiful setting in a cove, water gorgeous, never wanted to get out. They do not rent chairs but we somehow persuaded a server to get us 4 loungers w/ umbrellas.  Did not need reservations for lunch, they served it on our loungers and drink service!!! Wife had a watermelon drink that she sez was her best drink Ever! There are day beds but the first come makes them inaccessible for cruisers. Bathrooms are first rate! Server was on time throughout... got a lil crowded later in day, but we managed. Thankx Port Royal for suggestion and reedprincess for your help. One of our best days!
