victory2020 Posted August 3, 2022 #1 Share Posted August 3, 2022 Just realized we have a specialty dinner included on our next cruise. We usually don't do specialty & would like input as to which one to choose. I understand that the Sterling Steakhouse is just part of the Lido which would probably not be to my liking unless the food was outstanding. We're not huge meat eaters - probably are more interested in apps, salads & desserts in either restaurant.
Rare LACruiser88 Posted August 3, 2022 #2 Share Posted August 3, 2022 (edited) For us, it is Sabatini's. Sterling Steakhouse lacks ambiance BIG TIME! Enjoy your cruise! Edited August 3, 2022 by LACruiser88 Hate autocorrect!
skynight Posted August 3, 2022 #3 Share Posted August 3, 2022 Sterling Steakhouse sitting area is located in the aft starboard aft section of the buffet area. This area is closed off in the evening for Sterling Steakhouse seating. Menu selections are not from the buffet. They are prepared similar to the Crown Grill. Ambiance is lacking. https://www.princess.com/downloads/pdf/Onboard_Experience/Sterling-Steakhouse-Menu-Sample.pdf Sabatini's is a small restaurant on deck 7. Nice. It would be my choice. https://www.princess.com/downloads/pdf/ships-and-experience/food-and-dining/sabatinis-trattoria/sabatinis-trattoria-main-menu.pdf
Mike45LC Posted August 4, 2022 #4 Share Posted August 4, 2022 Skynight posted the links to the menus. I am a very picky eater, and I dislike most of the Sabatini's menu. So for me, the steakhouse wins hands down!
