Seashore Spa Menu/Insights

Hello all:

 

Looking for a current menu of treatments/services offered at the spa on the MSC Seashore.

Hoping to learn of what is offered as well as the current prices.

 

Also any insight about using the spa? Is there a not to be missed treatment or facility?

Sorry, don't have a current menu but I would not say that there are any "not to be missed" treatments to be honest.  You will pay 2 - 4x what you would pay at a spa on land, plus a mandatory gratuity.  You will most likely get a hard sell on the products that are used in your service (which offer a large commission to whomever is selling them.)  In my opinion you are better off getting that mani/pedi before you board.

 

As far as facilities, the spa sauna/whirlpool/etc are just lovely.  Not sure if you are YC or Aurea, otherwise you can buy a day pass.  That's a nice way to spend an afternoon.

MSC Aurea Spa and MSC Thermal Area are different facilities.

Aurea Spa: Treatments

Thermal Area: Saunas, Whirlpool, Salt Room, etc

You can book a treatment without having Thermal Area pass or complimentary access (Yacht Club & Aurea Experience).

 

DW had Bali Massage with Hot Lava Stones

50 minutes $124 (Gratuity included, prepaid prior to cruise).. Tip not expected but appreciated.

( Price as per Caribbean cruise July 2022 ).

 

DW booked another Bali Massage with Hot Lava Stones on Ocean Cay.. using a coupon for 2nd Massage given to her after first massage.

No upsell.. No mentioning of any products..

Professional and courteous staff.

 

DW was very impressed with the unique experience getting a massage on the beach.

The Spa Ocean Cay is located in a quiet area of Ocean Cay, next to the wedding pavilion.

The treatment is in a hut kind of structure.. providing privacy but the ocean breeze flows through the hut.

Glad you made this post.  Am boarding on Saturday and DH and I were talking about possibly doing a spa treatment while anchored in Grand Cayman.  We rarely do spa treatments but we have a pretty hefty OBC so we may treat ourselves knowing that we could probably have a similar treatment on land for less money...but who has time for that?  LOL.
