Giovanni's lunch reservations - picky about arrival time?

I made reservations for 12:30 but if we are able to board on time we should be ready sooner.  Not sure if it's worth trying to change reservation to 12 or if they seat people with reservations as they come and exact time doesn't matter.

I have arrived early at Chops twice on embarkation day and been seated immediately.  A 12:30 reservation made us the first guests at that table and they were happy to get a head start.  But the third time we arrived early, there was only one server on duty and although we were seated, service was not what it should have been.

We've arrived at Chops on a couple of different ships earlier than our reservation time onboarding day and they seated us immediately.  Once 1/2 hour early, and once 15 min early.

Is there a fee for lunch here or at chops?
