Eagle Beach

Since excursions are all sold out for Eagle Beach how can you get to the beach and more importantly back to the dock on your own?

Walk, it takes 50 minutes.

We were there a couple of weeks ago and took the public bus. It was extremely easy. The bus stop is a couple of blocks from the port, at most, and the bus drops you off right at the beach. We waited maybe 10 minutes for the bus back from the beach. I think it was about $5.00 pp round trip. This video shows you exactly how to find the bus and where to get off of it:

We walked there and back in June.

There is a baskin robbins about 3/4 of the way there if you need a pit stop!

We have been taking the public bus in Aruba for years. It is safe, clean and dependable.

We took a cab from the pier right to the beach.  I believe it was 25.00 USD. Four of us shared a cab.  Get there early as it takes forever for the beach staff to sort out getting a chair and umbrella.

City bus, $2.50 pp

There is also a bus day pass for $10 USD per person. We did that and did some beach hopping.

When we got to the bus terminal, we asked and they pointed to a bus. Sorry, I didn't catch the number.
