Casino Prime Free Cruise

Recommended Posts

I made Prime last year and have the free cruise.  It says an interior room, but before I call to book, is that the lowest category or could it be a promenade or central park view?

I called to see what the difference would be for a balcony and it was not a good deal at all and could book it for close to the same price with the free inside room.

In my experience the upgrade charge has always been nominal, like a few hundred dollars, tops….

as an example, we have a free “balcony” cruise but on oasis class that means starting with a CP or boardwalk balcony.

Did you do a mock booking and do a comparison, between an interior and a balcony.  My offer was a free interior for 2.  I'm solo and after all of the discounts (D+ balcony, resident, etc.) it cost me an add'l $5 + T & F for an Oceanview balcony on Anthem in February.

Yes and it was only 200.00 total. They wanted 700.00 extra I don't think they took my d plus discount.  I am going to have to call back.  There isnt a senior or resident yet.  Do  they not do the GTY room category?

You cannot book a GTY with a comp offer.  You can only use $$s off for those

No, they so not do guarantee rate.  We have always been able to upgrade to a ov balcony for next to nothing.  Price difference will definitely depend on the sailing.    Sometimes they base discounts on your most recent play.

They will do Sr discount. Diamond balcony discount and resident discount depending on the sailing.
