C&A email response

I sent an email to C&A over a week ago.

I didn’t get an auto acknowledgment of receipt - is this normal?

I haven’t had any reply yet - is this normal?

 

The email I used was crownandanchor@rccl.com

 

I want to contact USA not UK/ Guatemala as they are more knowledgeable/ experienced!

I email mbayley@rcci.com and get a response within 2 days.  They're in Miami.

I may be wrong, but I believe the correct email address above should be mbayley@rccl.com.

I really don’t want to trouble Mr Bayley with a c&a issue!

I think you can rest assured that 99.9% of emails sent to that address get nowhere near Mr Bayley!

If you have the book of face, try using the DM on there. I contacted them that way once to sort out an issue and they dealt with it in the space of a couple of hours.

Thanks- yes I’ve just found a c&a account that I didn’t know tgey had!. It seems that only way to contact any company these days is via the face or twatter!!! 🤷‍♀️

Emailing doesn't work.  It takes forever to get an answer, if they answer at all.

I don’t use FB or Twitter.  These boards are as close to social media as I get.  I’ve always gotten a timely response using the mbayley@rccl.com email.
