Sky suites on Silhouette—noise?

Considering a move up bid from Aqua to sky suite on Silhouette but see that almost all are under the cafe. Is there noise from chairs moving all day? It says ALL suites are sold out anyway.

Some are under carpeted areas and are quiet, others can hear noise from carts rolling possible some chairs being moved.

The further toward the aft the sky suite, the more noise from the OVC above. The first 5 or so on deck 12  both port and starboard are the quieter ones.  Celebrity knows this and in the future those are designated as Aqua Sky Suites and cost more than those toward the aft which are designated Sky Suites. Don't know exactly what date this change occurs, but have seen it on my 2023 bookings.
