What is the charge for a drink over the drink package price?

If one has the drink package that covers any drink up to $9 and they want a drink that costs $12 do they pay the difference $3 or the $12?

True, unless you had booked a YC suite, and it was taken away from you by a nasty charter group and you were moved into a closet on deck 8.  Then, they would charge you $12 for the drink, add a delivery fee of $13, and then take your drink away from you before you could taste it! 😉
