adamrayan Posted September 11, 2022 #1 Share Posted September 11, 2022 Hello! i am looking for a med cruise for 4 (2 adults and 2 teens - then 15 and 17) for summer 2023. I can’t put them In a double sofa bed and I am not interested in having an interior room. I noticed the Seaview has pop up bunk sofa bed, which seems like a good option. What other MSC ship have them? Any other room configuration we should look into, beside having a separate stateroom? thanks!
dexddd Posted September 11, 2022 #2 Share Posted September 11, 2022 On the Seaside and newer they have them in the YC. That being said, they generally won't let you book them unless you truly have five, not sure if they do the same thing outside YC. There are a few pictures of the non YC here but not sure what good search terms to use. You can also look at the deck plan legend for a Pullman or bunk sofa or two pullmans. dexddd Posted September 11, 2022 #3 Share Posted September 11, 2022 To add, try a booking for five and see what comes up. Then try for four and see if you get any rooms for five. People here have gone as far as to book fifth passenger as a dummy with no show.

bwlewer Posted September 13, 2022 #7 Share Posted September 13, 2022 I've been on Seaside and Seaview, and both had a Pullman from the ceiling or bunk sofa in our YC cabin. I've been on Meraviglia and Bellissima and they didn't...at least I didn't get a YC cabin with them.

Hi adamrayan, We sailed on Bellissima last month, had a deluxe balcony room 13229, it had the bunk bed configuration. If you look at the ship floor plan the key will tell you what type of room you need. Edit: There you go, I found the necessary images. Turns out it's a room with '2 dots' Edited September 14, 2022 by 77red96
