Wellness Form

Leaving on the Enchanted, Oct 29 from NYC  Organizing what needs to be completed before boarding -- noticed that the time frame for completing the "Wellness Form " states " prior to 24 hours of your sailing " 

The OceanReady steps instructions state " within 24 hours of your vacation "

 

Which is it ???

It’s always had that discrepancy. I do it the day before.

 

I did notice they changed the name (last update) on the App, from Health questionnaire to

Wellness check…..sounds like we’re going to a Doctor checkup!  😆

We are on the same sailing and are not able to access the wellness questionnaire yet.  We just get a blank page when trying to assess it.

I was able to access mine a few minutes ago.

Thanks.  I will try accessing it again.  I would prefer to fill it out and update it, if needed.
