Cheers! Purchased Pre-Sailing vs. On Board

Having not yet sailed on Carnival yet I wondered if you can purchase the Cheers! package for one person when you are on board.  I know pre-sailing you have to purchase for both adults in the stateroom.  Doesn't sound like it, but I figured I would ask here just to be sure.  Husband does not drink alcohol or coffee...soda only.  Would be a total waste to have to purchase for him.

Yes you can purchase onboard but everyone over 21 in the same stateroom must purchase it.  It might not be worth it if one person doesn't drink.

Bummer!  But thanks for letting me know.  I would rather pay the pre-boarding price if we are going to do that.  

 

Is there just one place you can order coffee drinks on the Panorama?  Sorry, I know I am getting off topic, but curious to know.  

 

Oh, and can drinks be ordered through room service when you have the Cheers package?  Princess lets you do that and I LOVE it.

No, CHEERS doesn't work with room service
