Pre-cruise Elite Internet Discount & Moving to Elite Plus on Next Cruise

I always upgrade to streaming internet on 4 devices. When I look at purchasing Internet pre-cruise, it does not appear that my current 30% Elite discount gets applied. Is this only available on board?  I would appreciate to hear how others use Elite discount to upgrade their Internet and if it is possible pre-cruise. We book directly with dedicated Celebrity Cruise Planner, but they seem clueless when I asked about this.

 

Also, we are currently Elite and our next cruise over Tgiving will get us to Elite Plus. Will we get the Plus benefits during that cruise, or only on subsequent cruises?

You have to call to upgrade the internet and get the discount pre-cruise.

 

Tier benefits apply on the next sailing.

In the Cruise Planner there is a phone # to call to upgrade the internet package.  In Oder to get the Elite discount you must call and ask to upgrade with the discount.  The same for the beverage package.

You will not receive the new benefits during the cruise.  They will show up on the next cruise after your Thanksgiving cruise.
