Smoking in the Encore Vibe?

I know you can smoke in the spice H20 adult area, but not sure about the vibe. The Encore does not have spice H20 adult area! Just wondering if smoking is allowed in the Vibe.

Not sure cigarette smoking is allowed in the cigar lounge.  On Prima it is not.

The FAQ says only cigars there. Cigarettes can be smoked in the smoking room in the casino, or the enclosed room at the Waterfront on deck 8.

Nope not at all.

Never been on the Encore, but on all ships that we have been on, one of the workers would tell people that were smoking cigarettes in the Cigar Lounge that they were not allowed to smoke them in there if they saw them.  There were also passengers that would point it out to them sometimes.

Just been on the Encore. They now have an additional smoking area on deck 16, the pool deck, in the aft area across from the pool bar. It was very convenient to smoke there.

OMG those photos of the smoker's box brought back memories of the Encore. On embarkation day there was an old woman with an oxygen tank in there smoking. I know I know, you are not supposed to smoke near oxygen.  I did not stop and investigate but the woman had the plastic nose feed you have for oxygen and a tank next to her.  What else could it be?

 

BTW, cigarette smoking is not allowed in the cigar lounge.  There was a giant sign prohibiting cigarettes unless they changed it.

If I didn't know better, I would ask if you saw my grandmother on a cruise...that would be her....shake my dang head every time I see it.

They used to allow it in one corner in the Vibe not any more. But they did open up the area above the main pool as smoking to relieve pressure of all the smokers in the small corner in H2O this is on the Breakaway plus ships.

Encore is a BA+ ship but does not have Spice...
