Travel Insured iPhone app unusable - error message

Of course I’ll contact tech support.  Has anyone successfully used this app on iPhone?  I didn’t realize that it’s 3 years old.  The website seems to work.  On the app, you login with EXISTING account and you get error message “Can’t CREATE new account.”  Reviews on the App Store say this is a known problem.

 

I like the policy I bought from them and the Trip Insurance Store was very helpful.  But the app is just no good.

Honestly didn't even know there was an app for that. Thanks for sharing. I usually just keep a pdf file of my policy in my iPhone folders.

I didn’t know such an App existed either.  We also keep a PDF of our policy on our iPhones.

I guess they are making so much money on insurance policies that they can’t afford to build an app that actually works.

 

I do usually save documents on my phone.

Could you possibly tell me how you are accessing your account and how you are downloading documents?

 

Trying to login to website on Safari iPhone 15.6.1 I get an error about local storage.

 

In Chrome on iPhone I cannot see a way to download PDF.

I have not YET tried to download on a Windows PC.

The insurance provider I use (Canadian) sends me a copy in PDF form so can’t help you with yours.  Hopefully someone else can.

I was able to save PDF using Chrome, website login, print to pdf (really save file).  
 

Edit:  it’s now working with Safari.  Not a slow internet problem.  I ran a speed test.  And I tried Chrome at the same time.  No idea what the problem was.

I’m not very savvy on my iPhone and always have to ask my grown up kids how to do stuff unless it’s really easy.   You sound more advanced than me.

I either search Google or YouTube when I want to try to figure out how to do something on my iPhone. Or, I ask my 10yo grandson

I figured it out.  I needed to scroll more for SAVE TO FILE option.  Insurance website just seems slow but eventually works.
