Anton Posted October 12, 2022 #2 Share Posted October 12, 2022 The app is coded to operate on phones. It will install on an iPad but won't work properly. I don't know why they don't have it for both. texmex.ferr Posted October 12, 2022 #10 Share Posted October 12, 2022 We were on Grandeur in February/March of this year, and I had issues with the app on my phone whilst onboard, and we ended up speaking with the IT Manager onboard, and during our conversation (we were with her for quite a while trying to fix the issue I had), she informed us that the app is designed to be used on smart phones and it's not designed for tablets & ipads etc, She didn't really know the reason why, or didn't divulge anything if she did. There have been problems on the Celebrity site for about 3 weeks now. I have been searching for a 2023 cruise and am successful using my Laptop , but unsuccessful using Safari on my iPad.
