63 Super Sport Posted October 14, 2022 #1 Share Posted October 14, 2022 My last 4 days has been an adventure. We made a reservation and paid for a Feb cruise on Oct 11. The reservation was deleted overnight. Called on Oct 12 reservation was reinstated incorrectly - transfers added, etc. Reservation was corrected and was again deleted over night. On Oct 13 the reservation was correctly reinstated. Printed travel summary was ensured that everything was good to go. Yeah! I thought. Wrong, the paid reservation was once again deleted. And, yes, I checked my AX card and Princess has my $$$. Now it is Friday, Oct 14 after over 2 hours on the phone this am and another 2 hours tonight I have been told everything is good. Mine was also cancelled then reinstated with transfers but free play still wrong. Got someone to delete the transfers at least. Made multiple calls but because its a casino offer apparently only a Supervisor can fix it. Beyond frustrating that it’s been days now with no resolution. Had so many issues back in June for our Alaskan cruise tour and over the last two weeks it has been a nightmare trying to book a Med honeymoon trip for our son. The booking has now been cancelled and re-instated 6 times since October 11th. Number 6 was today and it is still wrong. Have been told a supervisor will have to fix.
