SOOO excited for you.  I just saw on Instagram that all of the Below Deck captains are currently onboard.  This will be a great adventure.

Enjoy!😎

I won't know who they are. 😅

I've seen advertisements for it, but never watched.

Just wanted to say I hope to see you on board. We are enroute from Long Island after morning drama with Lyft. 1st driver cancelled, 2nd driver cancelled while were sitting in his SUV. The issue? Unlike taxis and car services Ride share driver's are prohibited by law to pick-up a return fare when out of state.. Ride share drivers don't know where they are going until they arrive at passenger pick-up spot.   After some very heated arguments we negotiated a direct cash payment. We're paying a fair price, $150. The driver would have only gotten $60:from Lyft. Almost 2 hours going to cruiseport.

Wow... I'm wondering if the same applies to Uber.   That's pretty bad when a driver cancels last minute.

Oh, wow.  Glad you are on your way after all of that!

I slept right through my alarms so it was a very hectic morning getting ready to leave.  Finally relaxed more now that we are here. 😉

Yes.  Hope to meet you onboard.  Are you coming to the Pre-Sailaway?  It's @ 3:15pm Sunset Bar (Eden Bar only if raining).

We knew this was an issue when we previously took an Uber from Philly to South Jersey for a car repair. The time was only 20 minutes which is probably why the driver didn't mind (vs our current ride which is 2 hours) but we did have a discussion with the Uber driver about this issue of interstate rides. So for instance the same issue would apply for an Uber driver in Manhattan taking a ride from a Manhattan hotel to Newark airport. They wouldn't be able to take a return fare from Newark back into Manhattan.

Hi Jim.  We just used Uber in Bologna earlier this month with much success.  Driver communication was excellent.  He arrived early at our hotel for our 4:15am collection time.

Check-in was super fast!  A few minutes total from when we walked in the building until we are now waiting to board.

~ Security

~ Then went to a line (noone waiting) and showed Passport, XPRESS Pass and Bermuda Travel Authorization Form.  We have a circular sticker to show we have the Bermuda Approval.

This is how Celebrity rolls in The Retreat.  We were the first ones escorted on board Equinox by the retreat manager last year.  Enjoy!

On board. Was told by a staff member there are 2,400 pax on board.
capacity 3,900.

also we’re addicted to Below Deck. All the versions. What fun.
seen every episode.

Double occupancy is 3260,  my guess 3900 is MAX capacity with 3+ in many staterooms.

Curious if you booked a ride whether it would work better.   I believe when you pre-book the driver knows your destination.     We have had the same driver a number of times going to San Francisco Airport (about 40 miles north).   She would accept rides to the airport that matched her commute to work in SF.

I once had 4 cancellations on a ride south from San Francisco and finally chose a high fare (over $100) because of surge pricing.    On the way home found that the problem was there was a huge crash and the highway was a dead stop and no one wanted to get stuck in the mess.

I saw on Insta they did a bridge tour together at 9:30am with Captain Kate. Are we sure they’re on board for our sailing or just came to the bridge tour and left?
