MudderBear Posted November 11, 2022 #1 Share Posted November 11, 2022 Hello. We are doing an 11-day Best of Greece Cruise Tour. The first few days are as follows. Do you think that all of the entrance fees will be included in the cruise tour? I see from the drop down menu that most breakfasts and dinners are included (I'm assuming buffet at the hotels). Anyway, just wondering how the "foot" portion of the tour works. They will bus us, but are the entrance to the museums, etc. included? I can't seem to figure that out. MudderBear Posted November 11, 2022 Author #2 Share Posted November 11, 2022 We did an Alaskan cruise tour this year and really nothing except the hotel was included. But here in Greece, they will be transporting us from city to city via a bus....we will have breakfast and dinner (assuming it's in the hotel like many European hotels do)....and hoping that the "tours" are included in the price. Guest ldtr Posted November 11, 2022 #4 Share Posted November 11, 2022 If the tour lists specific sites that you will visit they are usually included. If it just lists where you are staying then what you do is on your dime. If you compare this cruise tour to Alaska for example. This tour lists specific site that you will visit, where as the Alaska tours might only list the transportation and hotels with comments for any specific activities being you might enjoy. MudderBear Posted November 11, 2022 Author #5 Share Posted November 11, 2022 I started rereading the itinerary, and it "seems" as though the tours are included. It does mention, on the last day about how to tip your tour director, so I'm assuming it's like the "land only" tour I did in Italy a few years back. Totally NOT a cruise trip....just land. Rare Rick&Jeannie Posted November 11, 2022 #6 Share Posted November 11, 2022 I can't say for certain about your particular trip, but with all other "ship supplied" tours, etc. if a specific entrance fee is NOT included it is usually pointed out very clearly in the description or "special notes".
