Switching between booked cruises on the X app.

I know many of you have a lot more cruises booked than I do...I have 3 currently booked.

 

Whenever I switch to a different cruise and then later switch to another, I find that one or both of the remaining cruises have vanished! Trying to link the 'missing' cruises does nothing except give a message that the cruise is already linked. But it still not displayed.

 

Signing out and then signing back in fixes the issue until I switch again.

 

I'm using an up-to-date Android phone. And there is no such issue using the Planner.

 

Has anyone else encountered this? Is this a known issue?

 

Since there is a workaround, I likely won't bother X support about it at this time.  But it would be kinda nice if it worked correctly.  😏

I haven't experienced any issues with the app when switching back and forth on my Samsung Android phone.

Yes, the very first thing I did was delete/reinstall the app although I had already made sure I was using the latest and...no...I won't say greatest 😂...version.

 

Maybe they'll get it right for android in the next release...and maybe not...

Never mind. Even after the update I continue to have issues.

I don't know about apple but for android:

How to clear your hidden app cache on Android
  1. Open device Settings, and select Apps.
  2. Find the app you want to clear app data for, tap it, and select Storage.
  3. Tap Clear cache to delete all cached data for the selected app.
  4. Repeat the process for other apps to continue clearing hidden app cache.
