gerelmx Posted November 15, 2022 #1 Share Posted November 15, 2022 (edited) Today at 9AM I transfer my 3 FCB onboard to 2024 Apex Sailings from Southampton, everything OK until I receive my confirmations (passenger copy), NO EXTRA ONBOARD CREDIT $200 on each cruise. Now more than 1 hour waiting for resolutions department to fix it Edited November 15, 2022 by gerelmx
gerelmx Posted November 15, 2022 Author #2 Share Posted November 15, 2022 after 1 and half hour It was fixed but not the $200 only $175 per booking because I booked a Porthole Veranda, only IV get the $200 🤬

The future cruise form doesn't distinguish between porthole and infinite verandah. You should be eligible for the $200. Maybe call back again and see? I guess it's only $25, but the form should clearly state this distinction.

wrk2cruise Posted November 15, 2022 #5 Share Posted November 15, 2022 I would certainly expect the veranda amount for a stateroom that claimed to be a verandah.
Rare Jim_Iain Posted November 15, 2022 #6 Share Posted November 15, 2022 Maybe they thought a Porthole was an Ocean View and didn't understand a Porthole Veranda on an E class is a Verandah

NantahalaCruiser Posted November 16, 2022 #8 Share Posted November 16, 2022 I would think the IV would be more likely to be considered an Oceanview 😎
