Yes, only During the Two hour “happy hour” window, every night except embarkation night, from a specific Elite Happy Hour menu only

 

not valid all day long like on Royal.

It will not be loaded on your pass.  After the first day you can 5 to 7 belly up to the bar.  Your card will say Elite.  I think we got a list of drinks for the happy hour when we got to our room.  Captains club rep will have it too.

Kinda. Unlimited drinks only for two hours (5 to 7 PM) at most bars and dining venues except the first evening.  Not like RC where you get X number of drinks depending on your tier level, good all day/evening at most bars and dining venues including embarkation day.
