Internet without stream

This basic internet package is not available for my cruise in the planner. Any thoughts on why?

RCI is testing various ways to pi$$ off their customers. 
Most decisions have some sort of $ angle.

If I had to guess--and this is just a guess, it's because now that ships are moving to Starlink there will be just one option for wifi.

Both VOOM tiers are available on ships with Starlink - Surf is only missing from the planner on some ships.

Surf only is usually $18 to $21 per day.    Stream is usually $23 to $26.99
