No problems with accessing existing bookings through my.pocruises.com

Just been on mine...no problem.

 

You never said what your trying to log in with ?

 

I  have just logged in using Google Chrome on a windows laptop  and then on 

my Android phone  both are working fine .

 

I once had an issue and so I deleted the desktop short cut and gave the PC a good clear out of cookies and cache ,which did the trick for me .

Have tried PC based Chrome and Edge, no page found.  Also tried Chrome and Safari on my iPad and still nothing.  Also tried Chrome on my iPhone, no luck.

 

Just the same - Sorry, there's been a problem.  The page you are looking for can't be found.

Just tried on my laptop again and I'm getting logged in ok  but now at the top of the page 

When I click onto "Hello Kalos" to go into my account (the tab next to logout)..

I am also getting "Sorry, there's been a problem.  The page you are looking for can't be found"

So me thinks the problems are at P&O's end .

I can still get in via the my booking page using booking reference though .

They don't make things like they used to . A fitter once told me he kept a lump hammer handy .

Not that I recommend doing so to your PC/Phone but I can understand the urge to do so .😀

I’ve tried different browsers and also on iPad and PC, same problem.

 

Just to point out we can can get into individual cruises on the P & O Personaliser , it is our individual P& O accounts to check points etc we can’t access. Having the same problems as everyone above are getting . Also whoever said about turning on and off again of course obviously we tried that first also deleting cookies etc etc.

LOG IN  but do not click on your name 

 

THEN PASTE https://www.pocruises.com/my-account

 

and you should be there 😊

Same here I tried when we came back off the Iona three weeks ago and been trying off and on since, and still having the same problems.

I have changed the browser from Edge to Google and still the same, changed back to Edge.

Hope they haven't got a virus, or someone is trying to hack them, you never know these days.

Trouble is when I try and log in all that comes up is 

Sorry, there's been a problem.

THE PAGE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CAN'T BE FOUND.

 

so I don’t even get a name come up that you say don’t click on
