Celebration! / Live! / Solo! Dec-4-11-2022...

Finally getting settled back into my groove at home... Laundry is in the washer, and I just whipped up a batch of jumbo lump crab cakes... These things are expensive around here at nice restaurants, so I like to just make them at home. The tub of crab meat cost fifty bucks at the DeKalb Farmers Market, but I got seven nice size crab cakes out of it. At an average price of $25 each at a restaurant, I'm looking at $175 worth of food here!... They're in the fridge getting nice and set, and in an hour or so, they'll go into the oven for about 22 minutes...

I’m so happy to see this thread unlocked, as I didn’t have a chance to write my thank you for a great review. I haven’t yet sailed on Carnival (only HAL so far), but this and a couple other reviews lately have made me think that Carnival might be a good fit for me after all. Thank you Sid for a great review and stunning pictures!  I imagine reviews like this one entice a lot of people to book more cruises.

I also was depressed this weekend worrying about Sid not posting anything on CC.  I didn't realize how much I love the Tribe and the all the reviews.  I was even in a CC timeout for something I posted.  But I'm out of timeout now and I'm happy again!  And I'm available for the party at Sid's place anytime.
