have a great time! If you get a moment could you see if there is lactose-free milk in the buffet at breakfast? I will let P&O know about himself's lactose intolerance but just wondered if it's easily available at breakfast (Cunard had a chiller section with all the "other" milks in it). Many thanks.

Bit of a rick and roll trip to madeira yesterday. Sunny here but a lot of cloud around 22c. Ran out of draught peroni last night only fosters or bottles. Not impressed.

These things happen. Maybe the seller has ran out themselves or stock is running late maybe other reasons also.

So £18 a day for standard wifi or £12 a day with cruise plan for whole cruise.

Or £24 a day for ultimate wifi or £18a day with cruise plan.

In madeira town set up with Christmas markets. £4each way shuttle bus. Open top bus tour 20 euro or on day local bus pass is 5euro

Pic of an old village scene display set up in the town near blandys.

The model village is really good and we nearly missed it when wandering around the town. We did miss the lights though as we are on the Spirit of Adventure moored opposite Azura and backed out past you ahead of the switch on. Not sure how we ended up in the prime berth with no need for a shuttle bus as we were a late booking, having diverted from the planned call in the Azores to try and miss the worst of the weather.

Thought you might have had a power failure as you left. Turned on all your pretty lights as you left the berth then turned them all off again!

Take care with getting the WiFi for 2 devices. You need a separate package for each device. If you don’t want to pay for 2 packages, then all you need to do is to buy one package and remember to log out of device 1 before logging  in on device 2.

Or it gives you the option to boot the other device off, endless fun🤣!

Not a surprise.  The blocking high over the UK means the low pressure systems are off the Bay of Biscay and moving to land off Portugal and into southern France.  Lisbon has had some horrendous rainfall, with devastating floods.

Yes it was another sea day yesterday back fom madeira to la palma this morning. It was a bumpy ride overnight with 50 knot winds but not too bad. Promenade deck 7 was closed for half of the day and deck 16 and 17 at the very back of the ship also closed. Watched a good Ed Sheeran tribute night before last. Mixed weather not spoiling holiday so far. 24c forecast today. You still need masks here for buses and taxis. IMG_20221212_222309.thumb.jpg.0e3b9d17b1ce470ddfaafb5ba345f57c.jpg

Hi Technoman, if you can spare a little Wi-Fi would you check out a post on the P&O forum regarding first time cruisers with P&O. Very damning review of Azura and as you are onboard right now it would be great to know your response to the comments made regarding the condition of the ship. Thanks

We got off Azura on December 2nd after 14 nights.

IMO the ship was in excellent condition in fact much better than Ventura we were on in October.

Lots of Christmas decorations and Christmas trees around the ship.

Food in Epicurean and Sindhu was excellent.

The Glass house was a pleasant surprise and the food was excellent too.
