Interesting, I went back in today and getting the same error as above. I hope my paid order actually works. In some way, that makes me feel better - normally I place the order earlier in advance but I guess it's been like that for a while now. Weird how there's just no explanation at all as to what's going on. Meanwhile I ordered flowers just fine on Celebrity for February the same day.
