special request

Having anniversary dinner at P7 3rd night of the cruise.  Got DW a three-piece set of jewelry.  Could they handle a request to bring out a piece at each serving (appetizer, main and dessert) on a small plate?  If so, would I ask butler to arrange this or speak with the Maitre'd or someone else?  I assume embarkment day they would be too busy to remember but would a day before work or same day?

Your butler can arrange this for you.  Mention it to him/her at your first private opportunity and he/she will take it from there

Start small and work up to the grand finale?
A lobster claw dressed with diamonds could go well with a premium champagne.

I think your wife will so appreciate and love this thoughtful way of surprising her to celebrate her birthday.  I am sure there will be many warm congratulations from everyone in Prime 7 at time dining as well as the staff.

Despite getting the ring the evening before we flew out all else was great.  Block party threw the timing off a little, but I was able to adjust.  Our waiter's name was perfect "Romeo" as was the service and the food.   Our Butler, Vipin, served a tray with a rose and the box with the pendent.  DW thought it was great and didn't expect much more second was delivered on queue.  Then with dessert Vipin brought the ring for me to put on her finger and the brought a beautiful cake and the Maitre'd and a couple of our waiters sang "let me call you sweetheart."   Regent did a great job!
