Unable to log into website

Ive been unable to sign in for a few days using Safari.  No problems with Chrome and Firefox.   Tells me password is wrong.   Last time it happened, i clicked forgot password and created a new password.   That works for a couple months and then the issue repeats itself

Earlier this year, I was having a similar problem. No matter what browser I used I couldn’t log in and see my reservation. CC members were very helpful and someone suggested using a private browser and it worked. Have had to log in that way ever since.

I usually don't use Chrome but just tried and had no problems signing on with Chrome. 

 

Would suggest you clear Cache and try again

 

  1. Click the Tools menu (three dotted lines in the upper-right corner).
  2. Select History.
  3. Select Clear Browsing Data from the left-hand side. Set the Time Range set to All Time. ...
  4. If on a Windows computer, close and re-open Chrome to save your changes.
