We just recently did a casino royale complimentary cruise, when we booked they told us we would not get any points for our sailing because it is free, but my question is we paid to upgrade our stateroom so the cruise technically was no longer free , so my question is do we not get any points at all since we paid for a upgrade? Just curious.

Has it been 6 or 7 days since your cruise. I would sign into my account and look and see if any pts posted first. Then go from there.

You earn points on all casino comped cruises even if you dont upgrade !!

You still have to pay port fees & taxes, so technically it's not free. Enjoy the points, I've been getting them for years on my many "comp" cruises. 🙂

Yes, you do get C&A points on comp cruises. Enjoy!

Not sure about you, but I got my points (2X solo) for a Mariner Casino gratis cruise.

 

Ps.  Tried to get the shareholder's benefit and was told in a nice way that I was not eligible.😆
