Free wine in Cucina del Capitano on Mardi Gras?

Haven't cruised on Carnival in a while and my husband and I just booked on Mardi Gras. In the past, we've taken advantage of the free wine offered on the first and second nights in the Steakhouse and/or Cucina del Capitano. Is this still available?

I don't believe so on the Mardi Gras since it acts as an extension of the MDR for Anytime Dining.

In the steakhouse, yes but not in Cucina.

wine offer at Rudi’s as well. 
I prefer to take advantage of their 50% off any bottle, rather than their free house wine.

Cucina and Chibang ARE not Specialty restaurants (ZERO Cover charges) but YTD main dining rooms, therefore, no free wine offers on the first night.

Because they do not share the MDR menus, and anyone can eat there even if they don't have YTD, they are more of alternative dining rooms. While most items are included, there are a few extra charge choices.
