East bound Transatlantic in April on Odyssey of the Seas. Anyone know when formal night would be? Thanks.

Likely to have three, with the first one on night two, the second one about halfway and the third on the next to last night - they may or may not be called that.

As long as you understand that there are no true “formal nights” any longer. Dress up or not any night. Photographers will be out every night. You’ll see tuxes (very very very very few) to shorts in the MDR on “dress your best” nights.

This was the MDR line on “formal night” on the Wonder of the Seas earlier this year.

That guy is me, in spirit.  I don't wear shorts, but I don't get dressed up either.

I wear shorts no matter what.  I don’t pack pants.    Nice shirts and nice button up and I’m good.  I’m retired and on vacation.

the lines I cruise on are nothing more than a floating Las Vegas.  Lol.   You have a nice restaurant's some fancy ones.   Shows.  Casinos.  Drunks. Music everywhere.

it’s not the Waldorf.     Lol.

And you know what?  If I saw you in the MDR, Chops, WJ, whatever, I bet the taste of my meal wouldn't change one bit, the paint on the walls wouldn't start melting, and no family or friends would fall to the floor in the fetal position and suck on their thumb.

Note that half of the landscape crew did not hesitate to gawk at the properly dressed woman...
