April 8th cruise weight goal

We have a weigh=in here every Thursday. Helps keep you

accountable. Please join us in our journey of losing weight.

We ALL have good days but sometimes not so good, helps to

come in those days to and read how well your doing----helps you

get back on track.

 

Remember what ever you lose in your time frame--It is LESS then YOU WEIGH NOW!

So did my weigh in this morning...180.5lbs. Started the Week on Monday at 183lbs. Goal for Monday is 178.5lbs...this will keep me on track for my goal weight of 165lbs for my April 8th Cruise.
