Gingercruiser Posted January 12, 2023 #1 Share Posted January 12, 2023 Hi all, Myself and my partner are going on Enchantment in May from Athens to Venice (Trieste), looking forward to it. We’re just wondering can we bring onboard a couple of bottles of wine to enjoy in our room? Also, are there irons to use onboard? Many thanks
Joseph2017China Posted January 12, 2023 #2 Share Posted January 12, 2023 FAQ on webpage will answer your questions about limits on wine, and irons. Wrinkles are fashionable on the ship, and no you can't iron.

MJSailors Posted January 12, 2023 #5 Share Posted January 12, 2023 For wrinkles, take along Downey Wrinkle Release spray,or you can make your own. Google it for the ingredients. MJ🙋🏻
Mum2Mercury Posted January 12, 2023 #6 Share Posted January 12, 2023 Fold things super well, then pack them nice and tight in your suitcase (to prevent them from moving), and you'll be surprised how many wrinkles you won't have.

MJSailors Posted January 13, 2023 #12 Share Posted January 13, 2023 (edited) Oh ,well ! I would think that use of the dewrinkle product would depend on one of two things- A person is not concerned about wearing wrinkled garments And/or The garments are not too wrinkled because careful packing. Ret MP Posted January 14, 2023 #15 Share Posted January 14, 2023 (edited) My wife gets Wrinkle stuff from Dollar General, off brand. Seems to work well. We also pack using those bags that you suck (go ahead, give it your best joke) the air out of. That also seems to work well. The recipe for home make Wrinkle Release is 1 cup filtered or distilled water, one cup white vinegar, and a few drops of essence oil, your favorite, I guess. Never tried it. As much as I like vinegar, I wouldn't want my cloths to smell like it. BTW, there are several other recipes out there. Pro tip: Nobody cares if your clothes have some wrinkles. They will be wrinkled by the end of the night. You are are on vacation. Don't worry about it. That being said, you clearly know what clothes will wrinkle more than others. Don't take those. Simple, resort casual clothes are fine.
