Can't See Past Cruises On Celebrity Site

For the past several weeks I haven't been able to pull up the list of past cruises. Anyone else having this issue?

Finally got them back up tonight.

I have not tried today but I was definitely having issues. It showed no past cruisers or our current tier level/point status.

There's a thread on the issue with point level and Status. 

 

Solution -  Go into profile -  I did it using app.   Delete your CC number and save then go back in and add it.   Bingo fixed on both app and web.

 

I think it had to do with me having an Azamara Member number in my profile.   Celebrity completed severing ties with them around 1/15/2023.

 

In my case it showed I had zero points but could see my past cruises from the window where I have my currently booked cruises but  on the CC site

I did this about an hour ago and all my data was restored.
