Flights Arriving in Puerto Rico in the middle of the night

Does anyone have any experience with flights coming into San Juan in the middle of the night?  Were you able to get an uber or taxi to hotel and check into hotel?

Define middle of the night. We have arrived as late as 11:30 and had no issues.

We have 2 possible flights one arrives at 12:56AM and the other arrives at 3:25 AM

I've been out in San Juan at 1 am and didn't have a problem getting a ride to my hotel. 

I've flown into a lot of locations around the world that late and never had an issue with getting cabs to where I need to go. Taxi/rideshare drivers are pretty in tune with flight schedules.  Especially on an island like PR.

Sounds like JetBlue.

They tried to switch us onto those a few weeks ago.

Not impressed with JetBlue lately, but they own the BOS to SJU route.

It is they have changed our flight times and it is getting nuts because I am trying to co-ordinate with my college kid who is leaving from opposite coast but they keep changing things not making it easy at all.

There is a hotel in the airport, but unlikely any restaurants are open late at night.
