Website “unable to display status and points” error

Hi, when logging in for several days, have received the message above.  The past cruises in profile are correct with correct points
 

anyone else have this issue on their account?    TIA

 

P.S.  (APP shows correctly - it’s always logged in)

The C&A site was flaky until this morning. It seems to be working ok now. Try logging out, clearing your cache and logging back in again. That worked for me.

In your app, go into your profile. Remove your C&A number and type it back in. Hit save and that should fix it. 

The admins should make a pinned thread of fuzzy fixes that make no sense but usually work if you try enough of them.😇
