How can you see your perks (Aqua) in your booked reservation?

When I log in and select 'Manage Reservation', I can only see my room is 'Aqua Class'. All the included perks are not listed anywhere. This is my first aqua class booking, are the perks supposed to be summarized somewhere? Thanks,

Since we have the classic beverage package included for aqua class, I expect to see only the classic-to-premium upgrade option in my upcoming cruise planner, but both premium and classic packages are available for me to purchase. No upgrade option is provided.

Same thing for wi-fi. Thanks,

In your account go to Plan Cruise the top right of that page has a circle with your initials.  Click on that and select Order History and you should see items with $0.00. those should be the beverage package and wi-fi.

The offering in the Cruise Planner ( shore excursions, dining, drinks etc) are identical for every passenger on the sailing.  So you will see the wi-fi and beverage packages offered even though you have them.

Thanks - I have not seen them with $0.00 yet. I booked the cruise using Casino rate and the agent mentioned that I will have all the perks as an usual Aqua class booking, but the perks will show up in my reservation in a couple of days.

I will give it another a couple of days and see what happens.

We also paid for the AQ upgrade to the free Blue Chip offer and I'm pretty sure the extras (gratuities/drinks/wifi) are not included. The only benefit is the slightly upgraded AQ cabin and Blu. We did it for Blu.

Thanks for the info. That's why I want to make sure if I got the perks. I talked to 3 different agents, 2 of them said the aqua perks(tips, wifi, drinks) are included for casino rate, one said only perks are blu and spa.

I would just book concierge if wifi drink and tip are not included.

IMO the lack of orders in your order history is your ultimate answer. They’re not going to magically appear.

I understand -

Still no orders in my order history. However, the Prepaid Gratuities show up in my account without increasing the total balance to pay. Hopefully the wifi and classic drinks show up soon.

It's on your guest invoice. You should also be able to see $0 "purchases" in your order history for the beverage and wifi packages.

Do you know if it only shows the name of the first person booked in the room as well?  When we sailed last year neither premium beverage or wifi show up in order history. The only way to confirm it was to have Celebrity email a copy of the booking detail.  This time it does show up exactly as you mentioned above for classic and basic wifi, but the name attached to it is only the first person booked into the room which is different from restaurant bookings which show (Guest 1, Guest 2). I am not super worried about it because our receipts from TA look identical for all four of us, and Celebrity STRUGGLES with technology so I have been assuming all along that it is fine.

Yes, the person who made the booking will have the order history items. The second passenger will not.

Not for my booking. Signed into my wife's account and can see the AI items in her order history on the cruise planner.

Hmmm I’ll check later when I’m in front of a computer. I’m almost positive I checked this a few weeks ago to answer the exact same question. I could be confusing it with something else.

Mea culpa. You are correct. Mine is the same. I was thinking of something else and have no idea what.

Maybe it was that cruise planner purchases can only be canceled by the person who made them?

No that’s not it. I mean, it could be this same question and I got it wrong both times lol.
