We are booked on a 14 day first leg then a 5 day second leg B to B both elite and in penthouse suites. Do we get 2  complimentary specialty restaurant dinners each and " heaven forbid " 4 sets of mini bar ?

Yes, you are supposed to.

Yes but you may need to ask about the second mini bar for each segment.

Absolutely. Done it many times. The length of each segment of the B2B is irrelevant. As long as it's a B2B, you get it all. 

 

As an aside, note that this applies if your 14/5 is booked as two seperate cruises (two booking numbers) or as a single 19 day cruise. 

 

We always trade the complete mini-bar in for Diet Cokes. This eliminates the need to bring the Cokes on board with us at embarkation.

You may not get the complimentary specialty dinner on the 5 day. That has been kind of hit or miss on the short cruises. Mini bars yes you can get one for elite and one for suites each leg but you will not be able to get the 5 day ones until that cruise starts

On another thread someone mentioned always getting a mini bar on cruises 5 days or longer. Is there a restriction on the length of the cruise? Is there a mini bar on the one day repositioning cruises? Does the cruise have to be 5 days or longer? I never thought about a restriction on the length of the cruise. We are booked on a B2B2B that is 14 days, 4 days, and 14 days.

My dad and I booked three, four-day cruises, B2B2B, and received three mini-bar setups. Unless the policy has changed, the length of the cruise shouldn’t matter.
