Then we moved to the table where we met the executive chef. We did a group photo. I’m not in it so don’t get any ideas.

Had a choice of red or white wine and spring or sparkling water.

Two butters i think the liquid was regular butter and the other was Smoky Honey butter

Now we took our first break. We went back to the hot area and watched the cooks and servers work for an minute. Then we went to the pastry kitchen for a chocolate melting cake demo.

 

Others were taking pictures in the pastry area so I did.

I looked up felchlin, it is fine Swiss chocolate. They have been in business for over 100 years.

He showed us an area where they have a picture of the plating of every menu item on the wall.

We returned to the table.

 

This was another off menu item so I’m Tony to have to rely on my notes of what I think I heard.

They asked if we wanted coffee or tea I asked to look at their selection of teas.
