Cancellation and refund process for covid

Looking for info on process to cancel and get refund if you test positive within 10 days of cruise.. I tried but could'nt find on the X site.

For sailings through April 30th, they are doing full refunds. They may ask for proof of the positive test, they may not.

While I don't see it published the group that handle it is the Engagement.  Would definitely make phone contact instead of E-Mail    They are the group I dealt with when I came down with Covid.

If you use a TA you have to go thru them.  I learned the very time consuming process of many days and hours being on the phone talking with the Celebrity reps.  Then I was told that I had to go thru my TA.  
 

The TA processed it and I got the refund in about a week.

 

Be prepared to submit all of the documentation of the test results, booking number and etc.   Celebrity won’t automatically refund it.  You need to contact your TA and chances are they aren’t very happy about doing it.
