Booked a Sunset aft. Received an upgrade to Concierge - not aft. From 8338 to 9318

Would you be happy with a change from a Sunset AFT balcony to a concierge balcony, not aft. I'm bummed I think.

Call the cruise line (or have your TA do so) and request your original caben back -- they almost always say it can't be done. But if you get an aft balcony back -- have it marked no upgrade! What the company calls an upgrade (concierge-level in this case) may not be more desirable to the cruiser.

I’m cruising on NCL Prima.  They offered an upgrade via a lottery//auction.  Does anyone know the likelihood of being upgraded via this method?

Your question is not related to the title of the thread, so it is doubtful anyone knowledgeable about NCL will look at it.  You should start your own thread for your question, and you should do it on the board here for NCL where those who might have an answer will see it.  EM

Remember, it is an auction and by definition your likelihood of being upgraded increases with the amount of your auction bid. More $$ = greater likelihood.
