How strict are the boarding times?

That sounds awful. We will be joining you also on March 25.  Do you know if it is easy to get a wheelchair after parking if needed?

Sorry, no idea.  We don't usually cruise out of T5 or T6.   It's almost always T1

We had a relative that stood in line (Ft. Lauderdale) but was unable to make the long walk to the ship, up the ramp.  She was given a wheelchair once we were inside the terminal, don’t know what, if anything, they have at Terminal 5.  If Royal is going to continue using this terminal, they surely do need to make some changes.

There are no “boarding times”. There are times to arrive at the terminal (a.k.a. Check in times). For the most part, they are not enforced. Show up when you want.

If you checked in the morning, earlier times were likely sold out. There are clock watchers like me who will be on at midnight to get the best times.

How many days or weeks before sailing do they open up booking times ?

our upcoming cruise was 45 days before, I believe that is the standard.  Your reservation in the app should show the date that check in will be open and you can secure your boarding time as well.

We boarded in Miami in September ... boarding times were enforced.

We boarded in Orlando in December ... boarding times were enforced.

We have boarded in San Pedro, Vancouver and Seattle in the last four months, never has anyone asked or cared about boarding times.
