I also used to use Avomine, which worked perfectly!  Then they stopped selling here and started giving Phenergan, which does not work as good for me.  They still sell Avomine in the UK so next time I go there......lol

 

Have also tried ginger - nope; pressure point bracelet - nope.  Never tried any patches so something may try in the future.

Not my choice , you should start early and always read the label . Think it's a old wives tale of having the honey hot and sipping in tea ,hot in coffee or sipping over ice .
