Rare horseymike Posted February 24, 2023 #1 Share Posted February 24, 2023 I was trying to price out a cruise on the RSSC website. To say the website was useless is an understatement.
Rare PaulMCO Posted February 24, 2023 #2 Share Posted February 24, 2023 (edited) Sorry -- it is rather easy just did same to check to see if my price went down.... Find your cruise -- look at the suites and then click on Plan Your Cruise for the on cabin -- make sure it says available below it.. flossie009 Posted February 24, 2023 #3 Share Posted February 24, 2023 We never have a problem locating cruise prices on the RSSC website
Rare pappy1022 Posted February 24, 2023 #4 Share Posted February 24, 2023 It could me more intuitive but I never had an issue finding prices. I have never been a fan of Regent’s website but I must admit it’s gotten better vs a couple of years ago.
Rare horseymike Posted February 24, 2023 Author #5 Share Posted February 24, 2023 When referring to the prices , I am talking about after declining the flights and the pre stay hotel. Not the initial price listed.

Not the initial price listed. When looking at the page that lists suite prices, there is a notice to show the savings of $x amount if arranging one's own flights and transfers. Have always found the website fairly easy to navigate and understand.

irishwitchy Posted February 24, 2023 #8 Share Posted February 24, 2023 The website was designed using Visual Basic in 1995 and still acts that way. (I really don’t know this, but it acts that way.). Best way to get the correct pricing is actually act like you are booking the ship/room and fill everything out based on your needs. There are only a few questions that will change the price: If you have cruised before on Regent(many sailings may give you a discount as a Seven Seas Society Member) , do you want the included air (it isn’t really “free”) and if are booking a Conciege suite or above suite do you want the pre night? What type of room obvious is the big ticket item!

slidebite Posted February 25, 2023 #11 Share Posted February 25, 2023 Biggest problem I have with their website is often it's slow as heck. Although it's better than it used to be.
