Did you try to clear cookies for Celebrity?  Or if you use a TA, perhaps that option is blocked?

I cleared cookies, tried a different laptop, turned on/off VPN....and I am in California.

I booked directly on celebritycruises.com.

Call Celebrity if you're sure you're cancelling....not worth knocking your head against the proverbial wall.

Celebrity call centres are not easy to speak with. Long wait times and then often incorrect answers.

Trying to get another cabin which shows empty on Celebrity site and well as several other sites and they say it is booked. It is not a one toime attempt but it had been showing empty for 4 days.... and still is today, 6 days later.
