CaliforniaDon Posted March 29, 2023 #1 Share Posted March 29, 2023 I just got through trying to order the free medallions and, on the last screen, they asked for a payment method. The $0 medallions had a $10 shipping fee tacked on. The last I had heard was if you had the Plus or Premium package, you got the medallions shipped free. Is this a glitch that will get corrected? If it doesn't zero out the charge at the end cancel the order and pick up the Medallion at the port. Either give this a try or simply decide now that you will pick it up at the port and don't worry about it. You should see Medallion shipping as a line item on the Travel Summary and under packages on the Medallion. I'm holding off on completing my Medallion order as the cruise it's trying to charge me shipping for isn't until later this year and I'm hoping that they fix this bug at some point. $10 isn't going to break me but it's more of a principal of the thing situation. 4 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When I went to deal with the medallion I did see a $10 charge. So I backed out and selected pick up at port. I figure that I m not going to pay $10 and risk not having it delivered before I leave to drive to the port, and have to wait in line anyway! On our November cruise, we didnt get our medallions before we left (though it seemed several others had the same problem) and it still took only a few minutes to get the medallion at the port. When I went to check out, it did indicate that I would be charged $10 for shipping. I figured I’d take the hit on the $10 to avoid an extra line on embarkation day. Here’s an excerpt from the email I received after submitting my order: We will send a follow up email to notify you when your order is being shipped. Please note that taxes and fees are estimates and will be finalized at the time of shipment, when you will receive your transaction receipt. My final transaction receipt showed no charge for shipping, so I did ultimately receive it for free even though I had to enter my credit card information at check-out. Then after final payment I went back to see about accessories and the $10 shipping fee was gone (I didn't add accessories to the order either time). I had also noticed before final payment that under "packages and prizes" my Plus package wasn't listed. After final payment it was listed. Under the packages portion of the app if I use my iPhone it shows no plan if I logon with an iPad plus package shows.
