Advance Purchase of Deal or No Deal Cards?

Has anyone noticed whether Celebrity is still selling Deal or No Deal cards in advance, pre-boarding?  We have looked at the cruise planner in the app and on the web.  If we can't buy in advance, we are unlikely to want to wait in line.

They, as well as some other things, have disappeared from the cruise planner. So for now no pre purchasing.

There's never a real line.  They go on sale in advance, in the casino.  If you want to buy, you can go to the casino prior to the start of the game and purchase them.  You don't have to wait until they actually your the showroom and sell them in there (where there might be a line)

I noticed this a while back and have been wondering why they pulled these items from the cruise planner. 

 

Now that I'm thinking about it, they may have decided to pull these casino related items due to various rules and regulations regarding charging gambling related activities to a credit card. Just a wild guess.

I had planned on buying them in advance to save some money but didn’t want to buy them too soon, so waited, and then they disappeared from pre-sale. The good news was that even though I paid more onboard, I was able to use my one free card benefit as a classic member.
