Ok, first cruise, Diamond status match. Want to do Butchers Cut for the dinner. How does this work? I gather we book once we board. What are the options for the dinner? Is it the limited menu as if you purchased specialty dining? Thanks!!

Yes, it is a limited menu-but very good selections. Just go to the restaurant and make a reservation-let them know that this is your Diamond Meal Perk. You may have to show your cruise card that will state you are Diamond status.

We have enjoyed our meals in Butchers Cut. Steak and lamb chops are our favorite.

You get an appetizer, main with side(s) and dessert. We were in YC so our drinks were included.
Reminder, since meal is comped, we tip server(s) after meal .

Enjoy your cruise, and Butchers Cut.

Keep in mind that the Diamond meal is 3 courses, but does not have to include dessert. We always order appetizers, salads and then entrees/sides, skipping dessert. It's up to you how you choose to use your 3 courses. Enjoy! 🙂

You can order off the main menu a la carte at 50% discount too . The taster menu  is good enough though so never had to order off the main menu.

Good to know - thanks

We were on Seascape in March and did our diamond dinner at Butchers Cut.  It says limited menu but it includes 1 side, 1 main course, 1 dessert all from a prefixed menu of items with at least 3 options in each category. .  We had filet mignon and it was great!  We ordered a couple of other items and with the 50% off...I think we paid $14.  They call it a taster menu but it's a full meal.  We had too much food and couldn't eat it all.  It was a great meal and if you like steak then don't miss it.

Looks like the ‘Sailor’ part of your ‘handle’ is well deserved.

Enjoy your Cadbury Easter eggs.

Cheers..
